Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims and RO submissions by the next business day after RO close date.
• Resolve claim corrections and charge-backs.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturer warranty reps and review repairs for accuracy.
• Provide weekly warranty status reports to service manager; audit aging schedules.
• Assist with audits, inquiries, and warranty-related projects.
