Job summary

Qualifications

• Warranty claims processing and data entry experience preferred.
• Accurate data entry with ten-key by touch.

Responsibilities

• Accurately code and process warranty claims.
• Make adjustments/corrections on returned claims and resubmit.
• Review repair orders with technician comments for accuracy.
• Close repair orders and maintain files.
• Assist with training lower level clerks and service staff.

Education
