Servco Leeward is seeking a Senior Clerk to accurately code and process manufacturer warranty claims while ensuring compliance with Servco policies. The role includes reviewing technician notes, correcting and resubmitting claims, closing repair orders, and maintaining organized files.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in warranty processing or data entry, and basic MS Office/Access skills.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• AS Degree in Auto Technology or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum one year of clerical work experience involving warranty claims processing, data entry, or accounting.
• Accurate data entry skills including ten-key by touch.
• Beginner level Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• DealerTrack knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately code and process manufacturer’s warranty claims
• Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing
• Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy
• Close repair orders
• Prepare, maintain, and organize files
• Assist with training lower level clerks
• Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed
