Job summary

Servco Leeward seeks a Senior Clerk to code and process manufacturer warranty claims in line with policy and Servco procedures. You will review repair orders, make necessary adjustments, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining organized files.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year of warranty/clerical experience, basic MS Office and DealerTrack knowledge, and strong communication with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• A.S. Degree in Auto Technology or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum one year of clerical work experience involving warranty claims processing, data entry, or accounting.
• Accurate data entry skills including ten-key by touch.
• Beginner level Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• DealerTrack knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities
