Job summary

Servco Leeward is seeking a Senior Clerk to code and process warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and Servco policies. The role requires meticulous data entry, timely processing, and close attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

The position supports training of junior staff, collaborates with the Service Manager and Service Consultants, and follows established warranty procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• AS degree in Auto Technology or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum one year of clerical work experience involving warranty claims processing, data entry, or accounting.
• Accurate data entry skills including ten-key by touch.
• Beginner level Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• DealerTrack knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately code and process manufacturer's warranty claims
• Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing
• Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy
• Close repair orders
• Prepare, maintain, and organize files
• Assist with training lower level clerks
• Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed
