Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process warranty claims submitted by dealers, technicians, and service partners
• Verify warranty coverage, labor times, parts usage, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with technical support and engineering teams to determine root causes of failures
• Approve, reject, or request additional information for warranty submissions
• Track and monitor warranty claim status from submission through closure
• Maintain accurate warranty records and databases
• Process warranty credits, reimbursements, and supplier recovery claims
• Analyze warranty trends, recurring failures, and field quality issues
• Generate weekly and monthly warranty performance reports
• Support product improvement initiatives by providing field failure data to engineering and manufacturing teams
• Ensure compliance with company warranty policies and service procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers, dealers, and internal departments regarding claim status and resolutions
• Coordinate return material authorizations (RMAs) and failed part inspections
• Assist in developing warranty processes, policies, and training materials
• Support audits related to warranty operations and documentation retention
