Job summary

Advanced Charging Technologies, Inc. in Fountain Valley, CA seeks a Service Technician to assist the Service Manager in maintaining and repairing ACT product electronics and hardware.

Responsibilities include testing and troubleshooting with DMMs and power supplies, repairing or reworking components, updating records, and collaborating with Production and Customer Service teams. English communication and CAD PCB layout reading are required. Pay is $22–$24/hr.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to read PCD drawing, schematic diagram and CAD PCB Layout.

Responsibilities

• Testing and troubleshooting circuit boards using DMM, Variable PSUs and similar equipment.
• Repairs or rework of failed components; fault isolation and disposition.
• Record troubleshooting outcomes in production/fallout trackers and update documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Customer Service for efficient problem solving.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and workplace organization.
