Orange EV is seeking a Warranty Administrator to support warranty repair claims and coordinate with a full service team to ensure tickets are properly submitted, processed, and paid.

The role collaborates with customers and internal staff to streamline warranty workflows and improve data tracking across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large continuous data sets.
• Experience with Class 8 vehicles or heavy equipment.
• Experience managing and servicing warranties.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Strong computer skills; MS Word and MS Excel.
• Clear written communication and spelling/punctuation.

Responsabilités

• Review, correct, apply labor codes, and submit all Warranty Service Tickets.
• Set internal processes and train Technicians and Supervisors on Service Ticket fields.
• Develop external processes and training for third parties and customers submitting Warranty claims.
• Maintain asset Warranty schedule for the entire fleet.
• Own reporting of Warranty claim data.
• Lead Service Data Tracking tool management, issue resolution, and new feature requests.

Position Summary

The Warranty Administrator will report directly to the National Service director and support both internal and external Warranty repair claims. The Warranty Administrator will collaborate with the entire Service team in addition to Orange EV customers to ensure that Warranty repairs are correctly submitted, processed, and paid.

Position Responsibilities

• Review, correct, apply labor codes, and submit all Warranty Service Tickets
• Set internal processes and train Technicians, Supervisors how to properly populate Service Ticket fields
• Help to develop external processes and training for third parties and customers submitting Warranty claims
• Maintain asset Warranty schedule for the entire fleet
• Own reporting of Warranty claim data
• Lead the Service Data Tracking tool management, issue resolution, and new feature request

Position Qualifications

• Experience managing large continuous data sets
• Experience working with or around Class 8 vehicles or other heavy equipment
• Experience managing and servicing warranties
• Ability to handle many functions at one time and adjust to rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to execute and follow through on instructions given by supervisor
• Knowledge of computer, MS Word, and MS Excel programs
• Ability to articulate clearly when writing including composition, spelling and punctuation

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

• Experience with ERP systems

• Related technical degree
