Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Involvement in warranty registration and quoting processes.
• Determine expenses vendors are responsible for under coverage.
• Collaborate with vendors/service departments to resolve unpaid balances.
• Allocate settled claims for remaining balances with Accounting.
• Communicate warranty guidelines and updates to personnel.
