Job summary

Lanco is seeking a Warranty Manager to develop, implement and manage warranties for the organization, ensuring claims are prepared and filed accurately and in a timely manner. The role involves coordinating notifications from manufacturing, overseeing in-house warranty processes, and delivering a superior dealership experience through strong customer relationships.

The position requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 3 years in the industry; crane/construction knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of industry related work history.
• Preferred: Strong working knowledge of crane and construction equipment, operations and mechanical function.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage warranties for the organization.
• Process warranty claims with customers to ensure timely, accurate filing and collection.
• Coordinate and monitor notifications distributed by manufacturing regarding fleet breakdowns, repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee in-house warranty handling related to unit customization and proprietary parts.
• Supervise customer service related to customized programs to enhance dealership experience.
• Build strong customer relationships to meet growing needs.
• Monitor competition and opportunities; report potential value-added products/services for revenue growth.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance, and assist in required training.
• Maintain consistent internal and external communication regarding warranty activities.
• Adhere to company policies to minimize liability; perform special projects as assigned.
