Job summary

Momentum BMW Houston seeks a Warranty Admin Manager to lead the dealership’s warranty claim processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and maximum reimbursement from OEMs.

Responsibilities include processing and auditing claims, coordinating with service advisors and parts staff, and monitoring receivables to minimize denials and aging. The role requires at least 3+ years of dealership warranty administration and proficiency with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds DMS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive warranty administration experience in a dealership.
• Strong knowledge of OEM warranty policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with DMS systems such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims.
• Audit repair orders for proper documentation and minimize denials.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and track aging.
• Act as the primary contact for all manufacturer warranty matters.
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor claim status to ensure timely reimbursement and minimize outstanding balances.
