Qualifications

3+ years automotive warranty administration experience.
Strong knowledge of OEM warranty policies and procedures.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds.

Responsibilities

Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims per OEM policies and timelines.
Audit repair orders for documentation to reduce denials and chargebacks.
Reconcile warranty receivables with payments
Serve as primary contact for warranty matters including audits and submissions.
Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure audit-ready warranty documentation.
Monitor warranty receivables, aging, and claim status to ensure timely reimbursement.
