Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive warranty administration experience in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of OEM warranty policies and procedures, accurate claim submission.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds.
• Attention to detail to ensure compliant repair orders and minimize chargebacks.
• Effective communication and collaboration with service, parts, and manufacturer contacts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring compliance with OEM policies and timelines.
• Audit repair orders for proper documentation, labor operations, and timestamps to reduce denials.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with payments through the accounting schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for warranty matters, audits, inquiries, and program submissions.
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure complete, audit-ready warranty documentation.
• Monitor warranty receivables, aging reports, and claim status to minimize outstanding balances.
