• Strong knowledge of OEM warranty policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with DMS platforms such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring compliance with OEM policies and timelines.
• Audit repair orders for proper documentation and reduce denials/chargebacks.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and monitor aging reports.
• Act as primary point of contact for all manufacturer warranty matters, including audits and inquiries.
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Track warranty parts with repair order numbers and date of replacement.
• Arrange for parts shipping or disposal as needed.
• Monitor claim status and reimbursement timing to minimize outstanding balances.
• Work with dealers and OEM contacts to maintain compliance.
