Job summary

Werner Auto Team in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty repair orders, submit claims, and coordinate with service staff.

This full-time on-site role requires warranty experience, CDK knowledge, strong communication, and meticulous record-keeping. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more.

Responsibilities

• Book warranty repair orders.

• Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors.
• Investigate overdue, unsettled and short-paid claims.
• Maintain warranty database and records.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

You will report to the Service Managers of your respective dealership.

This is not a remote position.
