Stew Hansen is seeking a Dealership Warranty Admin Clerk to support warranty claims processing and credit posting, with attention to detail and strong customer service. The role requires a solid background in warranty processes and computer literacy in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of warranty clerk experience, a high school diploma, and excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims.
• Verify criteria required by factory or distributor.
• Post credits on computer.
• Track parts by tagging.
• Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped.
• Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims.
• Other duties as assigned.
