Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a Dealership Warranty Admin Clerk/Internal Service Advisor in Salt Lake City. The role involves processing warranty claims, verifying factory criteria, posting credits, coordinating parts, and following up on unpaid claims.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of warranty-related experience, a high school diploma, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims.
• Verify criteria required by factory or distributor.
• Post credits on computer.
• Track parts by tagging.
• Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped.
• Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims.
• Maintain professional relationship with internal technician and sales department to help get all internal cars through the shop.
• Communicate and get approval on all repairs needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
