This role processes warranty product submissions and cancellations accurately, supporting dealership operations by ensuring all warranty-related paperwork is completed, submitted, tracked, and reconciled in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate has prior warranty clerk experience in an automotive dealership, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk in an automotive dealership required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
