Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group seeks a Dealership Warranty Admin Clerk to process warranty claims and verify criteria from factories and distributors. You will post credits, track parts, arrange shipments, and follow up on unpaid claims while upholding our values of respect, integrity and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in warranty or a similar role, a high school diploma, strong troubleshooting ability, excellent customer service, and advanced computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warranty clerk experience or similar preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims
• Verify criteria required by factory or distributor
• Post credits on computer
• Track parts by tagging
• Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped
