Job summary

New Way Trucks in Carroll, Iowa is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrative Support Specialist to ensure that warranty registrations and claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

You will review high volumes of registrations and claims, maintain records in our ERP system, track warranty trends, and communicate with distributors, vendors, and customers regarding claim outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least one year of administrative experience, including data entry.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with ability to learn the ERP system.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process a high volume of warranty registrations and warranty claims in a timely manner, under direction of the Warranty Administrator.
• Monitor incoming registrations and claims for accuracy and maintain records within the ERP system.
• Assist with tracking warranty trends to support product/quality improvements.
• Communicate with distributors and vendors on status of outstanding claims.
• Communicate with customers and distributors regarding warranty claim outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening, solving problems, and maintaining integrity in communication.
