Job summary

Allegiance Trucks in Manchester, NH is seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims across our dealer network. You will prepare, record, and submit claims to the factory or distributor and reconcile outcomes, coordinating with Parts and Service teams to verify information.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, warranty or service experience in a heavy-duty truck dealership, and strong attention to detail, communication, typing skills, and mechanical

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of terminology.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims for each dealership within the region.
• Work with Parts and Service teams to verify information and seek out missing information on warranty to submit claim.
• Create warranty claims from work orders.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of SRT times and OEM products.
• Track warranty parts through final claim resolution.
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
