Job summary

Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking a Host to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth dining experience. You will assist with takeout orders, support service teams, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room environment.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to multitask during peak periods, and a genuine passion for guest service. Training on the POS system will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Warm, welcoming communication with professionalism.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating requests.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with warmth and professionalism at the host stand and throughout dining areas.
• Manages reservations, seating requests, wait times, and accommodates guest needs to enhance the dining experience.
• Supports service operations by assisting with opening, resetting, and closing procedures and maintaining a clean environment.
