Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides telephone support and resource information to Warm Line callers.
• References crisis calls to COMCARE CRISIS via 3-way calling.
• Completes required documentation for all calls and timesheets.
• Reports situations or concerns during shifts to on-call staff.
• Meets department deadlines for documentation submissions.
