Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a host/front-of-house role, preferably in upscale or high-volume environments.
• Clear, professional communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service periods.
• Warm, guest-focused demeanor and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations, waitlists, and seating to ensure smooth flow.
• Escort guests to tables, provide menus, and highlight notable offerings.
• Maintain an organized host stand and uphold entry visuals.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to support pacing and guest experience.
• Answer inquiries, provide accurate information, and handle issues gracefully.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and service standards.
