Qualifications

• Ability to greet, seat, and assist guests with seating and menus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, pull out chairs, and present menus.
• Manage entry doors to be clean, inviting, and welcoming.
• Inform servers of location and station; coordinate seating chart and reservations.
• Communicate with managers to staff private parties and align with kitchen on menu items.
• Maintain timing and flow by staying in contact with servers, managers, and kitchen.
• Greet guests leaving to ensure satisfaction and note any issues for management.
