Job summary

Complete Mind Care is seeking a friendly Front Office Specialist to join our King of Prussia team. You will greet patients, check them in/out, manage scheduling, and answer calls to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Ideal candidates are personable, organized, dependable, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. On-site at our King of Prussia, PA location, full-time morning to afternoon shift. Prior receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
