Qualifications

• Proficiency in typing, filing and general office skills.
• Ability to manage manual and computerized data systems.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Able to greet the public in a warm, helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Treat all individuals with dignity and respect while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
• Maintain HIPAA and 42 CFR confidentiality as per CARF policies.
• Answer the telephone and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Schedule and maintain staff appointments using agency software.
• Greet the public and agency clientele.
• Perform secretarial duties for clinical and administrative staff.
• Open and dispense mail; mail outgoing correspondence daily.
• Maintain supply of office forms as needed.
• All other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
