Job summary

Trinity Rehab, a provider of outpatient physical therapy, seeks a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients, schedule visits, and handle basic front desk tasks on-site in the United States. You will assist with check-in, collect co-pays, and support the front desk while maintaining an organized reception area.

The role emphasizes friendly patient interactions, reliability, and basic data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients.
• Reliable with a consistent schedule.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to handle payments accurately.
• Willingness to learn scheduling and check-in systems.
• Prior receptionist, customer service, retail, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Check patients in and assist them with the clinic’s check-in kiosk
• Provide additional assistance to new patients completing the check-in process
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Collect co-payments and provide receipts when needed
• Make copies of identification cards, insurance cards, and patient paperwork
• Scan, copy, and organize basic documents
• Answer or direct occasional basic patient questions
• Notify the appropriate team member when a patient requires additional assistance
• Keep the front desk and reception area neat and organized
• Complete other basic front desk duties as assigned
