Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities seeks a Utility Buffet Server to create welcoming dining experiences for residents and guests in a resort-style setting. You will greet guests, present menus clearly, and tailor portions to individual preferences while maintaining high sanitation standards.

You’ll work evenings, including Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with weekends as needed, and you may operate pizza ovens, knives, and slicers with proper safety.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to operate pizza oven, meat slicer or knives.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests and staff.
• No prior work experience required for this role.
• Evening hours Mon-Fri 4:00pm–7:00pm with weekends as needed and ability to obtain any required local permits within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming dining experience by greeting residents and guests with warmth and presenting menus clearly.
• Take accurate orders and tailor portion sizes to individual preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe handling of dishware to prevent breakage.
• Keep the exhibition line attended and visually appealing during meal hours.
• Respond professionally to feedback and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including pizza ovens and sharp tools, following safety standards.
