Resort Lifestyle Communities in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Utility Buffet Server to help create welcoming dining experiences for residents and guests. You will greet guests, take orders, and assist in presenting menu options during dinner hours.

Qualifying candidates must be 18+, able to work Monday–Friday 5:00pm–7:00pm, speak English, obtain food handler permits if required, and have no prior experience required. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a caring community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to use the pizza oven, knives, etc.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 5:00pm-7:00pm.
• Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• No previous work experience is required.
• State regulations may require a work permit before beginning employment.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents and guests warmly and present menu options clearly.
• Take accurate orders and tailor portions to preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and handle dishware safely to prevent breakage.
• Keep the exhibition line attended and visually appealing during meal hours.
• Respond to feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including pizza ovens and sharp tools.
• Complete support tasks as assigned by Executive/Sous Chef.
