The role requires being at least 18, able to work Monday-Friday 5:00pm-7:00pm, English communication, and obtaining a food handler permit within two weeks. No prior experience required, and state permits may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, present menu options clearly, and take accurate orders.
• Tailor portion sizes to individual preferences while maintaining quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and handle dishware safely to prevent breakage.
• Keep the exhibition line attended and visually appealing during meal hours.
• Respond professionally to feedback and escalate issues when needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including pizza ovens and sharp tools.
• Complete support tasks as directed by the Executive/Sous Chef and maintain sanitation.
