Job summary

AVI Foodsystems in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Worker to join our warehouse operations. You will participate in distribution and receiving, verify products, assemble and fill orders, stock incoming shipments, and maintain inventories.

The role requires the ability to work in temperature-extreme environments, lift up to 50 lbs, and multitask in a fast-paced setting. We offer a positive family culture and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous large food warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a fast pace and multi-task.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to be exposed to temperature extremes and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Comply with AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
