Job summary

AVI Foodsystems in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team for a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 am to 12:30 pm. This role supports receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working in temperature extremes. AVI offers training, growth opportunities, and a family-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
