Job Title: Warehouse Worker (1st Shift) ($17.50/hr.)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for Quality Inspection roles within our manufacturing facility. As part of our team, you will ensure that products meet our high quality standards before they reach our customers. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible this week. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. This position is expected to last until November with the opportunity to go direct based off work ethic and attendnace.

1st Shift - 7am-3pm Monday through Friday*

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on returned products.

• Inspect small plastic cup-style products and verify lids are properly sealed.

• Rework products by resealing lids and correcting defects when possible.

• Separate non-conforming cups for scrap.

• Complete light assembly and quality check tasks.

• Sort through multiple pallets of product and packaging.

• Lift up to 25 lbs.

• Document findings accurately.

• Perform cycle counts.

Essential Skills

• Manufacturing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have steel toe boots.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

• Capacity to stand on feet for extended periods.

• Experience in performing cycle counts and documentation.

• Previous quality experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
