We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a leading manufacturing facility in York, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products throughout the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping prevent defects before products are shipped to customers.

Available Shifts

Day Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Starting pay: $22.55/hr

Night Shift

• Sunday: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM
• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Starting pay: $23.75/hr
• Potential schedule flexibility after successful training and performance

What You’ll Do

Physical & Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment producing PVC products for the window industry
• Frequent walking throughout the production floor
• Industrial setting that can be dusty and noisy
• Facility is not temperature controlled
• Requires standing for extended periods and performing detailed inspections
• PPE required, including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear
• Hearing protection is provided and required in designated areas

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.55 - $23.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
