Job summary

In-N-Out Burger is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate at our Lancaster, TX location. You will pull orders, move items to pallets, and assist with loading for delivery to stores across Texas. The role offers room for training to obtain a CDL and transition to Delivery Driver.

Responsibilities include paperwork entry, daily report reviews, and maintaining accurate records. Weekend/holiday availability is required, with excellent benefits and meals provided on workdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Order Puller.
• Ability to lift 60-75 lbs continuously.
• Accurate and thorough performance.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook; PowerPoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move food items from storage to shipping pallets.
• Load items onto forklifts and prepare for shipment.
• Assist in loading deliveries to trucks.
• Enter invoices, production sheets and inter-store paperwork into the system.
• Review daily delivery reports and note discrepancies.
• Perform weekend/holiday shifts as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure safety compliance.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Associate in our Lancaster, TX warehouse.

This position can potentially lead to training and development to obtain a CDL and transition to a Delivery Driver for our restaurants located in Texas (Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston regions).

General Responsibilities

• Order pulling on a routine basis: Moving food items from storage areas to the shipping pallet
• Physically pull orders from shelves and load them onto forklifts
• Transport packed items onto the shipping pallet; assist in loading onto the delivery truck
• Receiving and entering all paperwork into the computer, such as invoices, production sheets and inter-store
• Reviewing daily delivery reports and report any discrepancies
• Making special deliveries to the In-N-Out stores using a company vehicle, van or refrigerated Bobtail truck
• Rotating schedule, hours are: 11:00am - 9:30pm
• Department needs may require working an adjusted schedule and / or overtime hours
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• A minimum of one (1) year experience as an Order Puller
• Ability to lift 60-75 lbs. on a continuous basis
• Demonstrated ability to perform at a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; proficiency in PowerPoint a plus
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and outside organizations
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
