Job summary

In-N-Out Burger in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Linen Specialist to inspect and process store uniforms received from the linen company, ensuring they meet company standards. The role is full-time with a rotating schedule and weekend/holiday availability.

The successful candidate will have linen industry experience, strong communication/organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel/Word. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• INO store associate preferred and in good standing with the store.
• Linen/Laundry/Dry cleaning industry experience a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate good analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in intermediate mathematics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Take inventory of dirty uniforms/aprons from stores.
• Inventory clean uniforms/aprons when they arrive from the linen company.
• Fulfills uniform requests for each store using established procedures.
• Ensure work area is clean and hazard-free.
• Support 40 hours per week with rotating schedule.
• Hours (Day shift): 6am – 2:30pm.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Linen Specialist in our Lancaster, TX warehouse. The Linen Specialist will inspect store uniforms that are received from the Linen Company. This will ensure that the stores receive a uniform that meets company standards.

General Responsibilities

• Takes inventory of all dirty uniforms/ aprons that are received from the store
• Inventories clean uniforms/aprons when they arrive from the linen company
• Fulfills uniform request for each store using established procedures
• Ensures work area is kept clean and hazard free
• Full-time position, Hourly non-exempt
• Hourly rate: $20.30/Hour - $21.85/Hour
