Job summary

In-N-Out Burgers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Worker for our Lathrop, CA facility.

You will pull orders, operate a forklift and pallet jack, and ensure accurate, organized distribution of products to support restaurant locations in Northern California. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for development toward CDL, with a schedule from 12:00pm to 10:30pm, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year as Order Puller preferred.
• 1+ year in meat facility/food processing or similar warehouse preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders regularly: move items from storage to shipping pallets.
• Load orders using forklifts; ensure proper handling.
• Keep products organized, rotated, and separated.
• Transport packed items to shipping pallets and delivery trucks.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Worker in our Lathrop, CA warehouse.

This position can potentially lead to training and development to obtain a CDL and transition to a Delivery Driver for our restaurants located in Northern California.

General Responsibilities

• Order pulling on a routine basis: Moving food items from storage areas to the shipping pallet
• Physically pull orders from shelves and load them onto forklifts
• Responsible for keeping products separated, organized and in good rotation
• Transporting packed items onto the shipping pallet; load onto the delivery truck
• Perform any combination of receiving, storing, and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product
• Pulling and preparing store product orders using an electric riding pallet jack, forklift, and hand-truck for delivery
• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Hours: 12:00pm - 10:30pm
• Weekend and holiday availability required, overtime as necessary

• Pay Range is $23.75-$25.75 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
