Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical/hard skill training to newly hired employees as part of onboarding in the distribution center.
• Administer ongoing technical training during new process rollouts or system changes.
• Collaborate with team leads and employees across departments and shifts to identify training needs and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support high performance standards using coaching and development strategies that drive operational best practices.
• Maintain a high level of operating knowledge and positive employee relations.
