Job summary

ODW Logistics in Ohio seeks a Training Specialist to elevate team performance through hands-on coaching and structured programs. You will deliver training, evaluate effectiveness, and help individuals grow to meet company standards on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities include training new hires, cross-training, maintaining documentation, and partnering with CI Training Supervisor and Operations to drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• Experience training employees in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Familiarity with TWI or similar training methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate training programs for all staff.
• Coach hourly leaders and supervise training quality.
• Document training results and maintain program records.
• Collaborate with CI Training Supervisor and Operations.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
