Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Training and Employee Development Leader to manage and execute comprehensive training programs across the warehouse environment. The role focuses on implementing policies, leading a trained team, and delivering tailored solutions to boost knowledge retention and performance.

You will monitor program effectiveness, maintain safety certification records, and ensure SOPs and work instructions are written and followed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management training experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and records.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in managing workload, meeting deadlines, and leadership.
• Excellent communication, motivation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements training and development policies and programs.
• Leads and supports a team delivering training initiatives.
• Crafts tailored training solutions for all employee levels.
• Monitors training effectiveness and refreshers as needed.
• Maintain safety certification records accurately.
• Document all training programs and modules.
• Write SOPs and deliverables for safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other groups to develop SOPs and deliverables.
• Oversee training facilitation and weekly one-on-one meetings with new selectors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as required by the business.
