• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve operational issues in real time to maintain workflow.
• Role model PIP values and mentor the operations team.
• Monitor warehouse process controls and performance metrics against standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities.
• Lead improvement projects from planning to evaluation and completion.
• Contribute to team meetings and site activities promoting excellence.
• Create, review and improve training materials, SOPs, and procedures.
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding for site operations.
• Provide hands-on coaching on SOPs, safety practices, and productivity.
