Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement procedures and best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees and retrain/cross-train current employees on all aspects of their role and processes.
• Deliver training programs to employees and observe/provide feedback on progress.
• Coordinate training initiatives with CI Training Supervisor and Operations.
• Coach and support hourly leaders in train-the-trainer sessions.
• Support safety, quality and productivity initiatives.
