Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Trainer to manage day-to-week activities and develop training plans for new and existing employees in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

The role uses instructional methods to build skills, improve efficiency, and align with company standards. You will deliver programs, observe progress, and support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Forklift experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of process improvement procedures and best practices

Responsibilities

• Train new employees and retrain/cross-train current employees on all aspects of their role and processes
• Complete training/evaluation paperwork and report status of the programs
• Coordinate training initiatives with CI Training Supervisor and Operations
• Deliver training programs (e.g. Training Within Industry) and provide feedback on progress
• Coach and support hourly leaders (train the trainer sessions)
• Support company safety, quality and productivity initiatives
• All other duties as assigned
