Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Training & Performance Specialist for the second shift (Mon-Thu, 6 PM–4 AM) at our Lockbourne, OH facility. You will lead onboarding, deliver job-specific training, and track certifications to ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will assess performance, coach team members, maintain training materials, and collaborate with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to drive continuous improvement in warehousing and distribution processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of training, learning and development experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, safety, quality, onboarding, or workforce development preferred.
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on training, conducting evaluations, and managing certification or compliance programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train employees and temporary associates.
• Deliver training in accordance with company policies, safety standards, operational procedures, and customer requirements.
• Maintain training records, certifications, evaluations, and completion tracking.
• Provide hands-on instruction for equipment operation, systems, processes, and safety practices.
• Evaluate employee competency, provide coaching, and identify training or performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain training materials, schedules, matrices, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to support employee development and regulatory compliance.
• Support audits, recertifications, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify training needs and implement solutions to improve performance and operational effectiveness.
