Crane World Wide Logistics in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for second shift to manage weekly inventory counts, audits, and data analysis, coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources and maintain accuracy.

The role requires strong audit and communication skills, plus proficiency in Excel and word processing; you will supervise audit activities, generate reports, and support continuous improvements in inventory quality.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates and coordinates audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs the work of personnel for audits and counts; provides analysis and statistics.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; records results in Excel.
• Identifies trends and corrective actions with supervisors and leads.
• Reads and responds to emails in a timely fashion.
