Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to lead onboarding, refresher and compliance training for employees and temporary staff. The role focuses on delivering instruction aligned with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements while maintaining detailed training records and certifications.

You will partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to identify gaps, develop materials, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of training, learning and development, or related experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, safety, quality, onboarding, or workforce development preferred.
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on training, conducting evaluations, and managing certification or compliance programs preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train refresher, compliance, and job-specific training for employees and temporary associates.
• Deliver training in line with company policies, safety standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Maintain training records, certifications, evaluations, and completion tracking.
• Provide hands-on instruction for equipment operation, systems, processes, and safety practices.
• Evaluate employee competency, provide coaching, and identify gaps in training or performance.
• Develop and maintain training materials, schedules, matrices, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to support development and regulatory compliance.
• Support audits, recertifications, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify training needs and implement solutions to improve performance and operational effectiveness.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
