Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist on second shift at our Lockbourne, OH facility. You will establish and publish weekly inventory and quality audit schedules and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources.

You will lead audit activities, direct personnel during audits, and maintain accurate audit results in Excel. Strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience in inventory quality control preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs personnel during quality audits and inventory counts and provides audit results.
• Maintains audit results in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends needing corrective action.
• Reads and responds to emails in a timely fashion.
