Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs., up to 50 lbs. infrequently.
• 3+ years PIT equipment operation in a warehouse environment.

Aufgaben

• Present or facilitate training opportunities using varied formats and techniques, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures
• Provide training programs to help workers maintain and improve job skills
• Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment and instructors
• Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs
• Inform management of training program status
