Qualifications

• Experience training and developing new hires.
• Review work instructions with new employees.
• Complete competency evaluations for tasks.
• Ensure adherence to HR and Safety policies.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude.
• If training on elevators/ forklifts, OSHA 1910.178 standards apply.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping throughout facility.
• Adhere to ethics and business conduct standards.
• Support other duties to meet business needs.
• Conduct audits in Repack/Order Fulfillment when training isn’t happening.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and training to new hires and assigned associates.
• Review all department work instructions with new hires.
• Ensure employees are competent at their tasks via competency evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company HR and safety policies.
• Maintain professional behavior and positive attitude at all times.
• Train on Powered Industrial Trucks if assigned, per OSHA 1910.178.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the warehouse at all times.
• Act as a representative of NOTS Logistics and TNA on duty.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business goals.
• Conduct audits in Repack and Order Fulfillment when training isn’t taking place.
